Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years leading product-focused engineering teams.
• Strong track record in building scalable developer platforms and tools.
• Deep understanding of modern AI developer tooling and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the engineering organization for Workato's developer platform.
• Partner with Product Management to define engineering priorities.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team.
