What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead and manage a remote field sales team across the U.S., developing and implementing national and regional strategies
- Partner with industry GMs to align on effective field coverage strategies to maximize critical KPIs
- Mentor and develop a team of sales leaders to enhance performance and achieve sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and cross-functional stakeholders to identify new opportunities
- Provide regular sales performance updates to executives and track progress against sales objectives and KPIs
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of direct sales leadership experience in Financial Services or outside sales
- Minimum of 5 years of territory sales/marketing experience with a proven record of driving growth and developing relationships
- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce
- Willingness to travel 70%, including overnight and some weekend travel
- Ability to work from a home office

- Strong financial/analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
- Knowledge of customer financial drivers/needs, specifically in Dental Sales/Marketing
- Proven ability to work remotely and independently
