What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and manage a remote field sales team across the U.S., developing and implementing national and regional strategies
  • Partner with industry GMs to align on effective field coverage strategies to maximize critical KPIs
  • Mentor and develop a team of sales leaders to enhance performance and achieve sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and cross-functional stakeholders to identify new opportunities
  • Provide regular sales performance updates to executives and track progress against sales objectives and KPIs
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of direct sales leadership experience in Financial Services or outside sales
  • Minimum of 5 years of territory sales/marketing experience with a proven record of driving growth and developing relationships
  • 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce
  • Willingness to travel 70%, including overnight and some weekend travel
  • Ability to work from a home office

  • Prior experience leading a geographically dispersed team
  • Strong financial/analytical and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
