Blue Owl is seeking a Vice President to negotiate financing commitment papers and credit agreement terms for complex debt financing transactions. You will work closely with deal teams and external counsel to review documents and advise on risk and market practice.

The role requires significant experience, strong credit analysis, and excellent communication. Base salary reflects NY market, with potential discretionary bonus.

Qualificações

• Prefer 5 years of experience at a large law firm and financial institution.
• Bachelor’s Degree and a JD; transactional experience with sponsor LBOs and corporate debt.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Review and negotiate financing documentation with emphasis on covenants.
• Advise senior leadership on deal documentation risk and market practice.
• Collaborate with internal deal teams and external counsel on complex debt transactions.
• Participate in educational programs to teach elements of transaction structuring.
