Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in product strategy, corporate strategy, or product leadership roles, ideally in healthcare, clinical trials, or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of leading strategic planning and roadmap development for complex, multi-product platforms.
• Deep understanding of the clinical trial ecosystem, regulatory environment, and healthcare technology landscape strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, primary and secondary market research, business model, and financial modeling skills.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• MBA or advanced degree in a related field is a plus

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction and prioritization for a portfolio of products based on market trends and customer needs.
• Partner with the executive team to define and execute corporate growth strategies.
• Co-own the strategy of the Experience with the Experience Lead.
• Assess build/buy/partner options to stay competitive.
• Direct market research, interpret outputs, and guide go/no-go decisions.
• Translate strategy into an 18 month to 3 year product roadmap with cross-product coherence.
