Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Vice President of Data Enablement, Governance & Quality to lead the evolution of our data program. This highly visible leadership role will shape how data is understood, managed, and leveraged across the organization while building a culture that treats data as a strategic business asset.

You will partner with senior leaders across business and technology to establish multi-year strategies, implement governance, stewardship, quality controls, and analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience leading enterprise data management, governance, stewardship, quality, or data enablement initiatives.
• Experience developing multi-year strategies aligning business priorities with data capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational adoption.
• Ability to establish enterprise governance frameworks, procedures, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the data program and governance frameworks.
• Partner with senior leaders to establish long-term data strategies and enable analytics.
• Develop and implement data quality programs, controls, and KPIs.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and change management for data capabilities.
