Job summary

Fidelity Philanthropic Services seeks a Vice President of Data Enablement, Governance & Quality to lead the evolution of the data program. You will partner with senior leaders to establish long-term strategies and create governance, stewardship, security, and quality practices across the organization.

You will shape a culture that treats data as a strategic asset, drive enterprise initiatives, and enable analytics and AI capabilities while guiding teams to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, stewardship, security, and quality practices for data across the organization.
• Partner with senior leaders to establish long-term data strategies and enable growth.
• Define KPIs and reporting to measure program effectiveness and business value.
• Build enterprise governance frameworks, operating procedures, and accountability structures.
• Develop data quality programs and continuous improvement processes.
