Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions seeks a seasoned VP to lead contract negotiation and data governance within Data & Analytics. You will drive end‑to‑end contract lifecycle, align Legal, AI, Privacy, and business teams, and ensure data‑use compliance while accelerating revenue opportunities.

You will triage data use cases, manage cross‑functional priorities, and provide executive updates on risks and impact. The role demands strong program and stakeholder management in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or equivalent; advanced degree or certifications a plus.
5–10+ years in financial services with contract negotiation and data governance experience.
Cross-functional project experience with Legal, Privacy, AI, Risk, Product, Sales, and Delivery.
Familiarity with contract lifecycle management, redline processes, and post‑acquisition activities.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; comfort with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Negotiate contracts with clients and lead end‑to‑end lifecycle activities.
Coordinate with Legal, Privacy, AI Governance, Risk, Product, Sales, and Delivery teams.
Manage post‑acquisition audits and contract redlines with cross‑functional stakeholders.
Triage Data Use Governance cases and determine next steps with Legal and AI teams.
Set priorities, guide approvals, and determine resolution strategies across initiatives.
Provide regular executive reports on activity, governance progress, risks, and impact.
