Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President - Control Manager for the Data & Analytics Product & Platform team in New York.

You will manage risk and controls within the CORE program and partner with CDAO Control Management and product partners to ensure robust governance for D&A products and platforms. You will lead control assessments, align with standards, support testing and issue management, and develop documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of Compliance and Operational Risk Management frameworks.
• Experience in risk assessment and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication and collaboration with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Complete relevant assessments in partnership with Control management and Business teams (e.g., Operational Risk Summaries, Regulatory Topic assessment, Residual Risk view).
• Ensure key controls are reflected in CORE content and across LOBs/CFs using the CORE platform.
• Engage D&A Product partners to review processes, strengthen risk & control identification, and support control testing and issue management.
• Develop control management documents with business and control partners.
• Support community of practice for AI/ML Analytics and data governance related to controls.
• Review reporting and metrics to identify emerging risks and enhance adherence monitoring.
• Support regulatory responses and audits by coordinating with legal, compliance, and external partners.
• Collaborate with Line of Defense partners to manage the control environment and regulatory exams.
