Job summary

Servco Pacific is seeking a strategic VP, Data & AI to lead AI strategy, adoption, and execution for Hawaii Mobility. You will partner with operations and technology leaders across Hawaii and Australia mobility, Servco music, and the investment portfolio to drive shared AI priorities and guide roadmaps.

The role requires deep expertise in enterprise architecture, data governance, and scalable ML/AI delivery, with a track record of measurable business impact and cross‑regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• 12+ years across AI, data, architecture, or engineering with senior leadership responsibility.
• Experience delivering production predictive or generative AI, agents, and automation at scale.

Responsibilities

• Set a clear AI and data vision for Hawaii mobility and align with cross-border stakeholders.
• Lead production AI initiatives, governance, and responsible delivery per NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001.
• Own Hawaii mobility AI and data investment plan, budgets, and business cases; prioritize by strategy and value.
• Lead enterprise architecture and data platform roadmap for Hawaii Mobility with governance and observability.
• Develop and grow Director-level teams in data visualization, analytics, and automation.
