Servco Pacific Inc. in Honolulu is seeking a VP, Data & AI to lead AI strategy, adoption, and execution across Hawaii Mobility.

You will partner with operations, technology leaders across Hawaii mobility, Australia mobility, Servco music, and the investment portfolio to guide shared AI and data priorities. You will own the Hawaii mobility AI and data investment plan, lead production AI and responsible delivery, establish governance, and drive measurable business outcomes while building a

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in a related field or equivalent experience.
12+ years in AI, data, architecture, or engineering with senior leadership.
Production delivery of predictive/generative AI at scale with measurable impact.
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or similar operations.
Experience with connected customer journeys across digital and physical touchpoints; teams in US & Australia.

Responsibilities

Define and drive AI strategy and measurable business outcomes for Hawaii Mobility.
Lead governance, adoption, and responsible delivery of AI/ML capabilities.
Oversee data platform roadmap (Databricks on Azure) and trusted data products.
Build and lead cross-functional teams across Hawaii, Australia, and investments.
