  • Serve as the primary Data & AI strategic partner to Finance, Regions, Commercial, and Brand leaders, embedding pricing, promotion, and retail intelligence into annual plans, commercial negotiations, and performance management.
  • Act as the domain’s technical and strategic owner, maintaining fluency across key systems, data assets, and analytical processes, including ERP (SAP), trade systems, POS, syndicated market data, retail performance data, and elasticity modeling.
  • Represent the Revenue Pricing, Promotion, & Retail Intelligence function in enterprise governance, steering committees, and investment reviews to ensure alignment across business and data priorities.
  • Translate strategic priorities into OKRs, value cases, and P&L impact models that quantify margin improvement, promotional efficiency, retail execution effectiveness, and revenue uplift.
Product Portfolio & Delivery Oversight
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the pricing, promotion, and retail data and AI product portfolio, ensuring solutions are designed for scalability, reuse, and cross-functional integration.
  • Act as the data and AI owner for pricing, promotion, and retail including:
    • Price elasticity modeling and price corridor optimization.
    • Promotion and event forecasting, effectiveness, and ROI measurement.
    • Markdown, discount, and trade spend optimization.
    • Competitor and market pricing intelligence.
    • Retail sell‑in / sell‑out performance analytics.
    • Store‑level, channel‑level, and marketplace performance.
  • Oversee prioritization, funding, resourcing, and delivery across brands, channels, and regions.
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing team of Data & AI Product Managers and Data Analytics experts.
  • Partner with the Build Organization (Engineering, AI/ML, Platforms) to align technical architecture, secure resourcing, and ensure delivery excellence.
  • Maintain deep fluency across systems and datasets including ERP (SAP), trade systems, POS, syndicated data (NielsenIQ, Circana), competitive intelligence tools, retail partner feeds, and global pricing and retail performance.
  • Partner with Digital & Marketing Data & AI teams to integrate demand signals, audience insights, and marketing effectiveness into pricing, promotion, and retail optimization models.
  • Establish processes to measure ROI, adoption, and value creation for all delivered products.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership
  • Serve as the Data & AI representative across Finance, Commercial, Brand, and Retail leadership forums, guiding decisions related to pricing corridors, promotion calendars, retail investment allocation, and discount strategies.
  • Drive cross‑functional collaboration with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Brands, Regions, Retail, and Technology partners.
  • Enable enterprise adoption of data‑driven pricing, promotion, and retail performance strategies through insights, tools, and training.
  • Advocate for responsible, ethical, and compliant AI use, particularly in automated pricing, promotion, and retail decisioning.
Governance, Operations & Performance
  • Ensure all pricing, promotion, and retail intelligence products adhere to enterprise data governance, privacy, and compliance standards.
  • Manage budgets, teams, and OKRs in coordination with Finance and Strategy & Ops.
  • Deliver transparent leadership reporting, including pricing, promotion, and retail product performance dashboards; forecasting accuracy and model performance; and realized financial impact such as margin improvement, promotional ROI, and retail execution uplift.
