Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in claims, executive liability underwriting, insurance law, or program management.
• Experience handling D&O and Cyber claims in complex corporate or financial services environments.
• Familiarity with multi-layer insurance structures and multi-carrier programs.
• Strong understanding of D&O, Cyber, and executive liability coverage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; CPCU, ARM, JD, or other advanced credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day D&O, Cyber, E&O, and related executive liability claims.
• Develop strategies to maximize coverage and reduce financial exposure.
• Coordinate claim activity across insurers, brokers, counsel, and internal stakeholders.
• Support complex, high-severity, cross-border matters involving senior executives.
• Support annual renewals for D&O, Cyber, and other management liability programs.
• Review policy language, endorsements, exclusions, and coverage enhancements.
• Assist with underwriting submissions, tower design, market analysis, and pricing.
• Monitor emerging risks and market developments to inform decisions.
• Build relationships with insurers and brokers.
• Evaluate broker performance and service delivery.
• Advise portfolio companies on insurance program design and claims best practices.
• Support acquisitions, exits and transactions involving insurance considerations.
• Maintain claims tracking, reporting, and governance processes.
• Manage multiple claims and renewal activities simultaneously.
• Deliver analysis and reporting to senior leadership.
