Job summary

Arclin is seeking a Vice President of Cyber Security to lead and scale an enterprise-wide program protecting operations, IP, and customer data across a global manufacturing footprint. You will partner with the CIO to embed cybersecurity into business decisions and digital transformation initiatives.

The role requires defining and executing a risk-based strategy, strengthening governance, and building a proactive security culture while enabling growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity with leadership at Director/VP level.
• Experience building enterprise cybersecurity programs in global environments.
• Familiarity with OT/ICS security in manufacturing contexts.
• Ability to engage with executives/Boards and translate risk to business context.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term cybersecurity strategy aligned with corporate objectives and digital roadmap.
• Serve as trusted advisor to CIO and executive leadership on cyber risks and investments.
• Establish a risk-based security operating model balancing protection, resilience, and enablement.
• Lead enterprise-wide risk identification and prioritization across IT/OT environments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and strengthen governance with internal partners.
• Oversee third-party risk management and vendor security programs.
• Develop IR plans and test business continuity/disaster recovery capabilities.
• Embed security into infrastructure, cloud, ERP, and applications.
• Translate risk into clear insights for Board and leadership.
