Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Assessments & Exercises Vice President within Cybersecurity & Technology to advance protective strategies and drive continuous improvement in the firm's security posture.

Lead testing methodologies and simulations to identify risks across people, processes, and technology, and inform cross-functional risk management decisions. You will design and deploy risk-driven tests, evaluate preventative controls, incident response processes, and detection capabilities, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cybersecurity or resiliency experience with designing and coordinating simulation/exercise development.
• Knowledge of US financial services or highly regulated industries’ cyber resiliency practices and risk-management processes.
• Familiarity with multiple security assessment methodologies (OWASP Top Ten, NIST CSF) and offensive/resiliency testing concepts.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support assessment workflows and drafting reports with proper data handling.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute testing and simulations (assessments, cyber exercises, resiliency simulations) and refine assessment methodologies.
• Leverage AI-assisted workflows for control evaluation and reporting automation with validated outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce comprehensive assessment reports, findings, risks, and remediation plans.
• Evaluate effectiveness of controls and identify opportunities to automate control evaluation.
• Apply threat intelligence and security research to keep assessment strategy aligned with evolving threats and regulations.
