Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Assessments & Exercises Vice President to plan, execute, and report on penetration tests for high-impact applications and services. You will leverage industry-standard tools to identify vulnerabilities and guide remediation in collaboration with owners and security teams.

The role requires deep offensive security expertise, mentoring, and ongoing learning to strengthen the firm’s security posture across multiple platforms and environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on penetration testing experience.
• Experience leading complex engagements and reporting findings.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, scope, and execute penetration testing engagements across environments (web, API, cloud, infrastructure, thick-client, mobile).
• Collect and validate prerequisites for each engagement with proper access and approvals.
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify vulnerabilities and misconfigurations.
• Document findings with detailed reports, risk assessments, and remediation recommendations.
• Conduct peer reviews of penetration test reports for quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to support remediation.
