Job summary

JCW Group in New York, NY seeks an experienced VP CRE Underwriter to focus on underwriting and construction loans, blending the resources of a larger institution with the collaborative culture of a community bank.

You will underwrite and structure deals, report on portfolio performance, prepare credit reviews, and manage client relationships within a growing mid-sized bank focused on construction and CRE lending.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within credit underwriting and commercial banking.
• Knowledge of construction and commercial real estate products.
• Proven experience managing pipeline of loans.
• Strong financial analysis, credit analysis, and risk management.
