Job Description

Job Title: VP (Senior) Credit Analyst

Summary: This position is a Temporary position. The candidate is targeting on the review and analysis of credit transactions and other general work.

Department/Team: Credit Approval

Responsibilities
  • Prepare credit reports with special attention on information integrity, analytical quality and credit merits.
  • Joint due diligence vetting, structuring and analysis on potential transactions.
  • Prepare credit assessment including adjudication opinion, projections and stress test, to be reviewed by the Head of the Consumer and Industrial team prior to CAC.
  • Present and defend cases in the CAC and CMC, where applicable.
  • Prepare approval form, including any conditions precedent ("Cr, or prerequisite") to the credit approval.
  • Review legal documents with the focus on credit terms (covenants, collateral, amortization, interest rates and other special items).
  • Post disbursement - prepare, jointly with the RM, interim and scheduled annual review on a timely basis.
  • Post disbursement - attend to all audit, loan review and regulatory requirements.
  • Support Credit MIS including portfolio analysis and periodic reporting.
  • Support credit policies, procedures, and training.
  • Other requirements may arise as per the growth of the portfolio.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • 4 - 7 years of U.S. Commercial credit risk management experiences
Skills and Knowledge
  • Demonstrated originations capability across multiple product lines.
  • Experienced in task planning, delegation, progress monitoring and evaluation.
  • Experienced in problem identification and solving.
  • Experienced in handling and prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • Familiar and experience with MS Office system (especially PPT, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and writing in a business environment.
  • Detail oriented with ability to manage time appropriately.
