Qualifications

  • 12+ years in brand marketing or creative services.
  • 7+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams (design, content, social, PR).
  • Translate brand strategy into integrated marketing programs.
  • Strong portfolio in brand storytelling and customer-facing creative.
  • Deep understanding of DTC marketing, homepage storytelling, email, print, retail marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management.
  • Balance strategic leadership with execution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Set the overall creative direction and brand marketing strategy across web, email, print, retail, social, paid media, PR, events and campaigns.
  • Lead seasonal and evergreen marketing strategies aligned with merchandising and business goals.
  • Own brand voice, editorial strategy, campaign storytelling, and creative standards.
  • Oversee Creative Services, Brand Marketing, Content, Social, PR and Photo teams with clear priorities and coaching.
  • Partner with Ecommerce, Merchandising, Retail, CRM, Site Ops to align plans with customer needs and financial goals.
  • Guide development of major campaign concepts, homepage/landing page strategies and email/print programs.
  • Establish design systems and editorial guidelines to improve quality, speed, and consistency.
  • Evaluate performance and market trends to inform strategies and growth opportunities.
  • Represent brand perspective to executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Identify partnerships, influencer programs, media outreach and launch plans.

The VP, Creative Services and Marketing is responsible for setting the creative direction and marketing strategy for the Rejuvenation brand across all customer-facing channels, including web, email, print, paid media, organic social, retail marketing, PR, events, brand partnerships and campaigns.

This role owns the integrated brand vision, seasonal marketing strategy, campaign storytelling, editorial direction, creative standards, and customer engagement strategy. The VP leads and develops high-performing creative and marketing teams, establishes clear priorities, allocates resources, and partners with cross-functional leadership to deliver compelling brand experiences that drive awareness, traffic, customer acquisition, conversion, and sales.

Responsibilities
  • Set the overall creative direction and brand marketing strategy for Rejuvenation, ensuring a cohesive and elevated brand experience across web, email, print, retail, social, paid media, PR, events, Photo and other customer touchpoints.
  • Lead seasonal and evergreen marketing strategies that support key merchandising initiatives, brand value propositions, customer engagement goals, and business priorities.
  • Own the brand's visual expression, voice, editorial strategy, campaign storytelling, and creative standards, ensuring consistency and excellence across all channels.
  • Oversee creative services, brand marketing, content, social, PR, Photo Studio and related teams through clear vision setting, prioritization, coaching, performance management, and talent development.
  • Partner with Ecommerce, Merchandising, Retail, CRM, Site Operations, and other leaders to align creative and marketing plans with customer needs, channel strategies, and financial goals.
  • Guide the development of major campaign concepts, homepage and landing page strategies, email and print programs, retail marketing, paid and organic content, and other high-impact brand experiences.
  • Establish brand standards, design systems, editorial guidelines, and operating processes that improve quality, speed, consistency, and team effectiveness.
  • Evaluate creative performance, customer engagement, channel results, and market trends to inform future strategies, optimize conversion, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent the brand's creative and marketing point of view with executive leadership, influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across teams.
  • Identify and oversee strategic collaborations, partnerships, influencer programs, media outreach, and launch plans that expand brand reach and strengthen customer connection.
Required Skills And Qualifications
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing, creative services, art direction, or digital retail creative; retail, home furnishings, interiors, or premium lifestyle brand experience preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience leading and developing multi-disciplinary teams, including creative, design, content, social, PR, and/or brand marketing functions.
  • Proven ability to set enterprise-level brand vision and translate strategy into integrated creative and marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, customer acquisition, conversion, and sales.
  • Strong portfolio or body of work demonstrating excellence in brand storytelling, campaign development, digital design, editorial content, and customer-facing creative experiences.
  • Deep understanding of direct-to-consumer marketing, homepage and onsite storytelling, email marketing, print, retail marketing, digital merchandising, and customer shopping behavior.
  • Exceptional visual taste, editorial judgment, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Strong business, operational, and analytical acumen with the ability to balance strategic leadership with effective execution in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience improving creative and marketing processes, prioritization, resource allocation, and workflow management across multiple channels and initiatives.
