A+E Global Media seeks a Vice President of Corporate Development to shape and execute strategic growth, leading M&A, investments, partnerships, and portfolio strategy. You will provide rigorous financial analysis, strategic judgment, and mentorship to the CDS team while interfacing with senior leaders.
The ideal candidate has MBA or equivalent, 12+ years in TMT investment banking or corporate development, and a proven track record in leading complex transactions across media.
Work Locations: With the exception of some select roles that have in-office requirements, A+E Global Media operates on a flexible model that allows for remote, hybrid or full time in office work (in certain locales). Office locations include New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Stamford, CT. The Vice President, Corporate Development plays an integral role in shaping and executing A+E Global Media's strategic growth agenda. This role identifies, evaluates, and advances M&A, investment, partnership, and other strategic opportunities that strengthen our business and create long-term enterprise value. The VP brings rigorous financial analysis, strategic judgment, and a deep understanding of the entertainment landscape to complex, high-impact decisions. This role also provides leadership and mentorship to the Corporate Development & Strategy (CDS) team and may represent A+E in the governance of portfolio investments.
This role requires 3 days a week in our New York offices with occasional trips to Stamford, CT.
