Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in global corporate structuring or corporate finance/advisory roles.
• Experience evaluating economics and accounting for financial instruments transactions.

Responsibilities

• Support Corporate Structuring and CDM professionals in origination and execution of hedging transactions.
• Prepare customized pitch books and analyses for client meetings.
• Develop and tailor regression/analytical models for pitching solutions.
