Job summary

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant banking, finance, and trust services work experience.
• Experience with bilateral and syndicated commercial lending transactions.
• Ability to deliver practical solutions in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead review, negotiation, and drafting of complex contracts.
• Provide strategic support on corporate governance matters.
• Develop legal correspondence and standardized agreement templates.
• Oversee Legal policies and procedures, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
• Advise Branch business lines on new business initiatives.
• Review subpoenas and litigation-related filings.
• Participate in special projects as required.
