Requires 12+ years in accounting at a public company, CPA, BA/BS in Accounting, and relocation to Austin, TX. Big 4 experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience in a publicly traded company.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• BA/BS in Accounting and CPA certification required.
• Big 4 public accounting experience preferred.
• Must reside or relocate to Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the month‑end close process for a large, global, publicly traded manufacturer.
• Interpret and implement US GAAP; advise on revenue, inventory, business combinations, and other areas.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual SEC reporting (10‑Q, 10‑K) and external reviews.
• Lead earnings release processes with FP&A and Investor Relations.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and Finance teams across Tax, Treasury, IT, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Develop and mentor Regional and Consolidation teams and oversee site‑level controls.
• Lead due diligence and integration for acquisitions; support special projects and IT implementations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date policy documentation and interact with external auditors.
