SCOPE/CONTACTS

Incumbent has frequent contact with directors, top management, employees and community leaders. Performs business development activities in retail market area. This officer must represent the bank in a variety of social and business events.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

To make all types of direct consumer and Home Equity loans which are consistent in quality to satisfy Bank standards for safety and profitability; to promote good customer relations; and to seek and develop quality new business including profitable depository accounts. Incumbent is responsible for the sound extension or denial of credit to customers seeking loans on a direct basis and is accountable for the terms extended on such credit. This position is guided by the Bank's policies, procedures and lending limits. Must actively participate in Customer Service First sales and service culture, support the values of the organization and follow established company policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

This position requires a minimum of five years of Consumer Lending experience and a bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field. Excellent communication and human relation skills also required. Incumbent should be seasoned in consumer and retail lending, marketing, and management.
