A leading company seeks a VP, Compliance Product Officer to oversee compliance risk management strategies within the firm. This key role involves executing policies to uphold regulatory standards and manage compliance risks associated with various products. Candidates should possess extensive knowledge of relevant laws and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across divisions.
Serves as a function/business/product compliance risk officer for Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) responsible for executing and managing internal strategies, policies, procedures, processes, and programs to prevent violations of law, rule, or regulation and design and deliver on ICRM’s risk management framework to support risk levels within the firm's risk appetite and protect the franchise. In addition, engages with the ICRM Product and Function coverage teams, in order to partner to apply CRM program solutions that meet the function/business/product and customer needs in a manner consistent with the Citi program framework. Primary responsibilities include execution of regulatory change management initiatives, compliance risk assessments, issue management and monitoring compliance risk behaviors and providing day-to-day Compliance advice relating to the supported function/business/product and guidance on fraud function/business/product rules/laws and interpretation on internal policies and procedures.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$125,760.00 - $188,640.00
