• Serve as liaison with city/county agencies and tourism partners to advance community impact initiatives.
• Lead stakeholder communications and oversee inclusive, sustainable tourism programs.
• Collaborate with external organizations to develop visitor experience strategies.

• Monitor tourism policy, risk, and resident sentiment with the CEO and BI teams.
• Drive diversity, accessibility, and workforce development within LA tourism.
