Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President - Community Manager in the Consumer Bank to lead a field-based outreach program, building relationships with underserved communities and diverse segments while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver the full suite of Chase resources.

You will grow One Chase opportunities, create financial health roadmaps, and host workshops and events in branches, driving inclusion and financial education across the assigned community.

• Heavily organized with strong event coordination and project management skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, peers, partners and contacts.
• Executive presence with strong presentation skills in small and large/public group settings.

• Proven ability to discover needs and connect clients and business owners to the right resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop a community outreach and engagement program that builds community relationships.
• Leverage national community playbook to engage the community and host local programs and events.
• Build and manage the community engagement calendar and facilitate financial health workshops and events in branches.
• Own execution of events end-to-end from outreach to enrollment.
• Report results based on surveys to inform national teams on improvements.
• Partner with Branch Managers, Bankers and OneChase Partners on engagement and referrals.
• Act as a Culture Carrier and steward of inclusion in the branches.
