JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President, Community Manager (Consumer Bank) to lead our community strategy in a defined area.

You will build partnerships, drive educational outreach, and deliver programs that promote financial inclusion while aligning with firmwide priorities. You will lead efforts with local nonprofits, businesses, and community leaders, while collaborating across One Chase and One JPMorganChase to maximize impact and ensure excellent client experiences.

• Leadership experience with ability to influence across the firm and in the community.
• Strong event coordination and project management skills.
• Ability to build authentic relationships with clients and community contacts.
• Executive presence and strong presentation skills across formats (virtual, in-person, hybrid).

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional experiences to clients, community members, and stakeholders by embodying our company values in every interaction.
• Build and maintain strong community partnerships with nonprofits, local leaders, and businesses; meet regularly to understand needs and plan joint activities.
• Develop and execute an annual territory plan aligned with priority customer segments and firmwide initiatives with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Design and deliver outreach programs that build trust and provide financial education for individuals, families, and business owners.
• Plan and manage a community engagement calendar with events and workshops to drive impact.
• Lead (or co-lead) financial health workshops and connect people to Chase experts and solutions.
• Manage events from promotion to follow-up ensuring smooth execution for attendees.
• Collaborate across One Chase and One JPMorganChase to align goals and maximize local impact.
• Gather feedback and share results with local and national partners to improve programs.
• Adhere to budget, risk, and compliance requirements with approved tools and standards.
• Champion culture and inclusion by modeling teamwork and supporting colleague development.
