Job summary

Oklahoma’s Federal Credit Union in Oklahoma City seeks a Vice President of Commercial Services to oversee the entire commercial lending operation, including production, underwriting, and servicing, while shaping products and credit policy.

Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will mentor the commercial lending team, develop growth strategies, and foster community relationships to expand a $125 million portfolio.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of commercial lending experience.
• Experience in structuring commercial deals and developing underwriting criteria.
• Extensive exposure to commercial real-estate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire commercial lending operation, including product development, production, credit analysis and underwriting, and servicing.
• Develop strategies to grow the existing portfolio and contribute to production goals.
• Mentor and coach the commercial lending team and establish community relationships.
