Ontrak Health is a leading AI and telehealth-enabled behavioral healthcare company, whose mission is to improve health and save lives. We identify, engage, activate, and provide care pathways for vulnerable members needing behavioral health treatment. Our services support individuals with anxiety, depression, substance use disorder, and chronic disease through personalized coaching and behavioral health care.

The Vice President (VP) of Clinical Care Services Operations will lead the strategic transformation of the company's clinical care services to enhance member care and operational efficiency. This role involves ensuring best practices to deliver high-quality care while safeguarding members' dignity, respect, and confidentiality. The VP will oversee program excellence, accreditation, and supervise an interdisciplinary clinical team.

This position requires developing and implementing innovative clinical strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards (NCQA, GCP), and aligning operational standards with clinical outcomes. The VP will plan and direct all aspects of the member-facing behavioral health operations, collaborating across departments to align with organizational goals.

The role also involves driving transformation initiatives by integrating new technologies and practices to improve clinical outcomes and patient experience.


Essential Functions

  • Develop and execute strategic plans, manage budgets, develop talent, and oversee clinical outcomes and customer delivery.
  • Lead the Clinical Care Team and Ontrak Program, serving as a coach and role model, maintaining high standards.
  • Implement NCQA Case Management framework and oversee certification processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, industry, and GCP standards at federal, state, and local levels, protecting member rights and confidentiality.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all services for compliance, billing, and Medicare requirements.
  • Transform people, processes, and technology in line with clinical frameworks and industry standards.
  • Create a culture that promotes professional development, accountability, and best practices, fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Required: Advanced degree in health management, nursing, clinical research, or health administration.

Equivalent education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Preferred: Registered Nurse, Nurse, or Nurse Practitioner.

Required: At least 10 years of operational leadership in a clinical setting managing 10+ staff.

Preferred: Experience in behavioral health.

Required: Proven experience developing behavioral health strategies, executing healthcare programs, and implementing evidence-based practices. Skills in team building, project management, process improvement, and excellent communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce, and other databases. Self-motivated with a positive work ethic and commitment to our mission.

Certification:

Preferred: Certifications in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related healthcare/behavioral health fields.
