Job summary

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in investor relations, client onboarding, or related operations.
  • Experience leading or mentoring teams and working independently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Series 3 license required within six months of hire (sponsorship provided).

Job description

Whitecap Search is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join the Client Services team in New York. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills to manage a diverse set of responsibilities, with opportunities to lead and mentor associates. The successful candidate will work closely with internal sales and relationship management teams, as well as engaging frequently with external investors.

Responsibilities
  • Provide an exceptional client experience by addressing inquiries, managing investor materials, and overseeing capital transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and fund administrators to ensure seamless integration and presentation of capabilities.
  • Lead initiatives focused on CRM, data integrity, client portals, and feature adoption to support the investor business operations.
  • Manage capital activity workflows related to subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers.
  • Advocate for strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency and personalize investor services using AI and other technologies.
  • Uphold the brand's quality standards by building operational principles and maintaining governance frameworks.
Requirements
  • 8 years of experience in investor relations, client onboarding, operational due diligence, or account administration.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and trends, with a keen interest in process improvements and emerging technologies.
  • Experience in leading or mentoring teams, and the ability to work independently and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a complex workload and make sound judgments with a client-first mindset.
  • Series 3 license required within six months of hire (sponsorship provided).
