The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

Job Summary:

Senior staff position responsible for implementing new Treasury Services cash management solutions, managing project delivery, and ensuring successful client experiences. Provide a single point of contact and accountability for corporate client onboarding assignments both internally and with clients. Responsible for the completion of the onboarding process for a range of Treasury Management products and services, with a focus on complex, transmission-based, or global products. Requires the ability to work independently, identify required tasks, coordinate with management, and ensure deadlines are met. Proficiency in treasury and operational processes, excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Support client onboarding activities including account opening, implementation, maintenance, and cancellation of services.
  • Manage large and complex projects, develop and lead project plans, conduct weekly client calls, coordinate testing, and vendor interactions.
  • Assist in achieving revenue goals through efficient onboarding processes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal partners, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm delivery of promised services.
  • Create and submit internal worksheets for onboarding processes.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and provide strategic input.
  • Develop contacts across Transaction Banking, Product, Operations, Technology, and Client Delivery to aid in process management and problem resolution.
  • Support and mentor less experienced staff, and assist in developing their skills.
  • Draft procedural updates, job aids, and reference materials.
  • Adhere to policies supporting the Bank’s Risk Vision, including AML, BSA, and other compliance requirements.
  • Promote a culture of risk and compliance discipline, maintain data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Customer Service experience preferred, capable of delivering excellent client experiences.
  • Project management skills.
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • Team player with collaborative skills.
  • Experience with cash/treasury management solutions preferred.
  • Ability to own projects and see them through to completion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Minimum five years of relevant treasury management experience, technical implementation preferred.
  • Familiarity with MUFG Union Bank is a plus.
