Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in client services within financial services.
• Proven ability to develop managers and frontline staff.
• Strong relationship-building skills with advisors and executives.
• Experience running multi-region programs and building scalable playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Lead client service teams to deliver a best-in-class client experience.
• Partner with advisors and cross-functional teams (investment, compliance, technology, operations).
• Oversee onboarding, money movement, and regulatory processes within client services.
• Develop and implement scalable operating playbooks and training curricula.
• Manage multiple initiatives with clear milestones, owners, and reporting cadences.
• Communicate team work, standards, and needs to leadership and partners.
