Vice President, Environmental Claims
This people-leader position will be responsible for the management, staff development and technical claim results for the Environmental team within the Casualty Claims Department. The individual will be responsible for delivering excellent financial and service results involving specialized claim handling of first-party and third-party pollution claims. The claims involve bodily injury and site/property remediation on varied pollution policies and products to include energy, underground storage tanks, premises pollution, contractors pollution liability (CPL) and CPL with E&O coverage and certain general liability. The position will also be responsible for developing staff, succession planning, and executing strategies to achieve goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient/consistent delivery of service to our customers and business partners that meets or exceeds Chubb's standards and complies with all applicable statutes/regulations within the assigned jurisdiction(s).
This position reports to the SVP, Casualty Specialty Claims.

The pay range for the role is $159,900 to $271,900. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website . The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
