Job summary

Blue Owl Capital is seeking a Vice President to lead due diligence across its multi-strategy platform, coordinating Investment and Operational Diligence (IDD/ODD) meetings for current and prospective clients. In a fast-paced, high-impact role, you will support fundraising, client service, and collaboration with private wealth and institutional teams, developing materials and guiding junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5–7 years in alternative investments or asset management.
• Experience in private credit and direct lending preferred.
• Strong quantitative/analytical skills; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Able to synthesize complex investment and operational information for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising and client service via due diligence across Blue Owl’s products.
• Organize the due diligence pipeline for new and ongoing initiatives across the firm’s products and asset classes.
• Develop ODD and IDD materials, conference materials, due diligence questionnaires, RFPs, and data-centric portfolio analysis.
• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the firm’s investment strategies for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Operations and other internal teams across geographies.
• Manage inbound diligence requests, delivering accurate investor responses.
• Partner with Private Wealth and Institutional Capital teams to deliver client-facing diligence materials.
• Support strategic initiatives to grow Blue Owl’s business, including quarterly fund presentations and new product development.
• Review and maintain RFP responses to improve consistency and scalability of diligence processes.
• Provide oversight to junior team members to ensure quality outputs.
