Job summary

Blue Owl Capital Holdings LLC in New York seeks a Vice President to lead due diligence across the firm’s platform. You will coordinate Investment and Operational Diligence (IDD/ODD) meetings for existing and prospective clients and develop data-driven materials for fundraising and investor communications.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in alternative investments, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5–7 years of relevant experience in alternative investments or asset management preferred.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; ability to synthesize complex information for varied audiences.
• Excellent communication and project-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising efforts and ongoing client service by facilitating investment and operational due diligence across Blue Owl's products.
• Organize and maintain the due-diligence pipeline for new and ongoing diligence initiatives.
• Develop materials, including ODD and IDD presentations, RFP responses, and data-centric portfolio analyses.
• Communicate investment, portfolio, and operational information clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations and other teams to understand and improve firm-wide processes.
• Oversee and guide junior team members to ensure quality and consistency.
