Qualifications
- 12 years minimum experience in real estate, financial management, accounting or related field.
- Experience evaluating capital allocation decisions and managing substantial portfolios.
- Strong investment analysis, portfolio oversight, financial planning and risk management skills.
- Experience presenting investment recommendations to executive leadership or boards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee portfolio strategy across diversified investments.
- Lead investment analysis, capital deployment and governance processes.
- Provide actionable investment recommendations within approved policies and delegated authority.
- Prepare and present performance reporting to CIO, committees and the board.
