Job Description

High Grade Capital Solutions, a division of one of the world's leading asset management firms, seeks a Business Strategy VP to develop, execute, and manage business priorities and growth initiatives.

This role offers high exposure with significant opportunities for internal growth and advancement.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing firm-wide goals and growth targets daily
2. Evaluating and implementing strategic growth initiatives
3. Providing insights on competitive intelligence, coverage models, and technology implementation
4. Owning deal pipelines and tracking fee opportunities
5. Supporting communication efforts

Qualified candidates should have 6-10 years of experience in asset management, investment banking, capital markets, or consulting strategy roles.

This position is in-office four days a week in midtown Manhattan.

Salary up to $300k base DOE, plus a very competitive bonus and benefits.
