Job summary

Humboldt Park Health in Chicago, IL is seeking a qualified leader to shape our physician strategy and drive business development across clinical networks.

You will collaborate with medical leadership to recruit physicians, build new patient care programs, and optimize service lines for growth and profitability while expanding access to care in the community.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience in business development/physician strategy.
• Health care background a plus.
• Master degree or higher required.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• 1. Directs and coordinates effective processes which promote positive working relationships with the medical staff
• 2. Collaborates with the Medical Leadership to identify opportunities for physician recruitment and new patient care program development.
• 3. Determines and proposes compensation models for newly recruited providers working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Medical Officer to obtain approval.
• 4. Evaluates develops and monitors service lines for volume trends and profitability; as well as gaps in service lines. Takes necessary actions to fill the gaps and grow the business.
• 5. Establishes a community presence and outreach initiatives in collaboration with the executive team; establishing access to care for those in need through our clinics.

Seeking a qualified individual with:
