Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and strong analytical and modeling skills required.
• 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced capital markets-focused organization or homebuilder.
• Real estate finance, land banking, residential land acquisition and development, homebuilding, or relevant investment banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite, execute, finance, and surveil builder finance investments.
• Build, maintain, and refine project-level financial models with development timelines and cash flows.
• Analyze housing market fundamentals and trends affecting development opportunities.
• Coordinate due diligence, market research, entitlement review, budget analysis, and transaction materials.
• Collaborate with legal counsel, consultants, developers, homebuilders, lenders, and partners during transactions.
• Produce portfolio surveillance and reporting on project performance and returns.
• Prepare investment committee memoranda and portfolio management materials.
• Support special projects and initiatives for senior management.
