Devotion is seeking a VP of Brand Partnerships to drive revenue and scale partnerships with major brands and agencies.
You will own the end-to-end sales cycle—from first conversation to close—building relationships with CMOs, VPs of Marketing, and social/creator leaders, and translating strategy into measurable business impact. NYC preferred; remote candidates may be considered.
Devotion builds and operates large-scale creator ecosystems for the world's most ambitious consumer brands. Featured in Vogue as the company built for the post-follower era, we combine a proprietary AI platform, agentic workflow infrastructure, and deep brand and cultural expertise to run ambassador programs, gifting engines, incentive frameworks, and community infrastructure to 10x the amount of creator content our clients can produce without compromising brand safety or quality.
Founded by former TikTok executive Jonathan Kroopf and Parade founder Cami Téllez, Devotion has generated over a billion impressions, engaged tens of thousands of creators, and reached seven-figure revenue. We're backed by top-tier venture investors and founders from Away, Ramp, and Twitch.
We're hiring a VP of Brand Partnerships to help lead the next stage of Devotion's growth.
This is a revenue-owning role for someone who knows how to open doors, build relationships with senior marketers, and turn those relationships into meaningful, long-term partnerships. You'll own the sales cycle from the first conversation through close, working with brands and agencies to understand where their creator strategy is falling short and showing them a fundamentally different way to operate.
Devotion isn't built around one-off influencer campaigns. We build the infrastructure brands use to activate hundreds or thousands of creators at scale. You'll need to be able to sell that vision, translate it into a clear business case, and help brands rethink what creator marketing can look like when it operates as an always-on growth channel rather than a series of disconnected campaigns.
You'll work closely with Devotion's founders, strategy, account leadership, creator teams, and product organization to bring new partners into the business and help shape how we go to market as the company scales.
You'll build a healthy and repeatable pipeline of brands that fit Devotion's model, turn new conversations into significant partnerships, and grow those relationships into larger, longer-term programs.
You'll help move Devotion from founder-led selling toward a scalable commercial engine without losing the selectivity, strategic depth, and point of view that make the company different.
Most importantly, the brands you bring in won't see Devotion as another influencer agency. They'll see us as a partner helping them build a creator capability they couldn't build on their own.
Creator marketing is moving away from a world dominated by a handful of large influencers and isolated campaigns. Algorithms increasingly reward the content itself, giving brands an opportunity to work with a much broader creator class.
The problem is that traditional teams and tools weren't built to operate at that scale.
You'll join at a stage where the model is already working, but the commercial organization is still being built. You'll have the opportunity to bring major brands into the business, influence how we position and sell the company, and help define what Brand Partnerships looks like as Devotion grows.
The base salary range for this position is $100,000–$175,000 annually, plus commission and eligibility for a performance-based bonus.
NYC preferred. Remote candidates may also be considered.
