Job summary

Sabre Corporation, a leading AI-native technology company in travel, is seeking a Vice President, Associate General Counsel – Corporate. You will oversee the SEC compliance program, governance, and equity programs while partnering with executive leadership and the Board.

This high-visibility role requires securities law and governance experience, with responsibility for capital markets transactions and intercompany governance across global subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission.
• 10+ years of legal experience, mix of big law and in-house public company practice.
• Deep expertise in corporate governance and U.S. securities laws.
• Experience advising public company boards of directors.
• Strong communication, judgment and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEC filings, disclosures and reporting.
• Oversee corporate governance matters and board liaison.
• Structure and oversee equity plans and executive compensation disclosures.
• Manage cross-functional governance, risk and compliance initiatives.
• Oversee relationships with outside counsel and budgeting.
