Job summary

TD Securities is seeking a Vice President to join the Corporate Debt Finance (CDF) Group in New York. You will lead policy development, credit risk assessment, and structuring for asset-based and leveraged financing, collaborating with risk management and origination teams.

You will oversee due diligence, financial modeling, and portfolio monitoring while engaging senior clients and cross-functional units. 5+ years banking experience and SIE/Series 79/63 are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of banking experience with 3+ years in lender finance/CDF.
• Deep understanding of regulatory environment and its impact on leveraged loans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication by managing multiple transactions.

Responsibilities

• Play a senior role in policy development, risk rating methodologies and internal controls for the new CDF business.
• Develop and maintain databases to monitor borrowers and collateral.
• Monitor KPI-driven credit underwriting decisions for sector/product drivers.
• Lead due diligence and structuring around complex CDF financings and asset-backed facilities.
• Prepare and review high-quality credit submissions and portfolio changes.
