Job summary

Zazu Digital Talent seeks a VP Amazon to lead a portfolio of top Amazon brands in the United States. You will own the full Amazon P&L, drive growth, optimize listings, manage pricing and conversion, and set strategic direction for campaigns and creative.

You’ll lead a team from day one with offshore and onshore resources, making fast, founder-level decisions. This is a leadership role requiring a track record of managing large Amazon businesses and owning end-to-end outcomes.

Job description

One of the top 30 Amazon sellers in the US is hiring a VP Amazon.

Founder-owned, profitable, no debt, no investors, no board. Category-leading positions in home and sleep, including the number one product in its category and a portfolio brand with more than 200,000 reviews. The group roughly doubled this year through acquisition and is tracking toward $400M+.

Amazon is not a channel in this business. It is the business. That is why this seat exists: the portfolio has outgrown what one leader can carry.

This is a leadership role, not a specialist one. You will not be writing the listings, designing the images or building the campaigns. You will have a team from day one, including operators, copywriting and creative resource and an offshore bench, and your job is to know Amazon well enough to direct all of it, judge the work, and make the calls that move profit.

You will own growth and profitability of the Amazon business, search and listing performance across a deep catalogue, advertising strategy across PPC and DSP, creative and copy direction, pricing and conversion, launches and the defence of established hero products, account health, and the team.

You will fit if you have personally owned an Amazon P&L and carried the number. You did the work earlier in your career and now lead it. You have held more than one brand or marketplace at once, across a catalogue big enough to have taught you how to prioritise. You are direct and concise, you move at founder pace, and you are AI-fluent or hungry to be.

For the right operator this is one of the largest Amazon P&Ls available outside a corporate, with none of the corporate: a direct line to the owner, no committees, same-day decisions, and upside tied to the growth you create.
