Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is required.
• Advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Professional designations preferred (CFA/CAIA/FRM).
• 15+ years in investment risk management or related areas.
• Deep expertise across alternative investment strategies and risk analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the risk management function across multiple strategies.
• Develop and maintain risk frameworks addressing market, credit, liquidity and operational risks.
• Oversee stress testing, scenario analysis, and tail-risk assessments.
• Drive innovation with data, analytics, and advanced modeling.
• Manage a high-performing team and liaise with executives and investment leaders.
