Universal Asset Management (UAM) seeks a Vice President – Aircraft & Engine Pricing to lead pricing, valuation, and financial modelling for its commercial aircraft leasing, trading, and portfolio management activities. The role demands mastery of market-based valuations, lease rates, residual values, and scenario analysis across regional jets through widebody families.

You will develop forward-looking assumptions, build detailed asset-level models, and present concise investment recommendations

Formación

• Ten or more years of experience in commercial aviation, aircraft leasing, asset management, or aviation finance.
• Five or more years pricing aircraft and engines.
• Demonstrated experience pricing and valuing commercial aircraft and/or engines.
• Strong knowledge of current and used aircraft and engine pricing.
• Understanding of aircraft maintenance economics and its impact on asset value.
• Experience with aircraft and engine portfolio analysis and trading is desirable.
• Ability to build, run, and explain complex financial models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain market-based pricing and valuation methodologies across regional jets, narrowbody, and widebody aircraft.
• Establish current and forward market values, lease-rate assumptions, residual values, and exit values.
• Build detailed aircraft-level financial models covering full investment life cycles.
• Model lease cash flows, maintenance reserves, tax considerations, and exit proceeds.
• Prepare investment recommendations and explain outputs to leadership.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Trading, Technical, Legal, Finance, and Asset Management teams.
• Track performance against underwriting and maintain model governance.
