Job summary

Peak Performance Recruitment is seeking an experienced aviation finance professional to own aircraft and engine pricing, valuation and financial modelling across leasing, trading and investment activities. You will support strategic decisions with rigorous analysis of transactions, portfolios and market developments.

You will develop valuation models, analyze cashflows and market trends, and provide pricing recommendations and insights for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in aircraft leasing, aviation finance, or related sector.
• Proven expertise with aircraft/engine pricing and valuation.
• Advanced Excel and quantitative modelling with strong commercial judgement.
• Understanding maintenance economics and residual values in aviation.

Responsibilities

• Developing aircraft and engine valuation models for acquisitions, sales, leases, and portfolio transactions.
• Analyse lease cashflows, maintenance exposures, residual values, market assumptions, and investment returns.
• Provide pricing recommendations, scenario analysis, and investment insights for executive decisions.

An opportunity for an experienced aviation finance professional to take ownership of aircraft and engine pricing, valuation, and financial modelling across a broad range of leasing, trading, and investment activities. This role will support strategic investment decisions through rigorous analysis of aircraft and engine transactions, portfolio opportunities, and market developments.

Responsibilities:

• Developing aircraft and engine valuation models to support acquisitions, sales, leases, portfolio transactions, and remarketing activity.
• Analysing lease cashflows, maintenance exposures, residual values, market assumptions, and investment returns across the asset lifecycle.
• Providing pricing recommendations, scenario analysis, and investment insights for executive decision-making.
• Monitoring aircraft and engine market trends, maintaining valuation methodologies, and supporting portfolio management activities.

Required Experience:

• 5-10 years+ in aircraft leasing, aviation finance, aircraft trading, asset management, or a related sector.
• Proven expertise with new and used aircraft and/or engine pricing, valuation, and financial modelling.
• Advanced Excel and quantitative modelling capabilities with strong commercial judgement.
• Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance economics, residual values, and commercial aviation markets.
