Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION is seeking an AOP Knowledge Lead to standardize and manage enterprise-wide process knowledge for AI-driven automation. You will convert AOPs into machine-readable representations and build a reusable knowledge graph, enabling scalable deployment of automation across Global Delivery.

You will lead SME workshops, drive governance and quality controls, and collaborate with product owners and engineering teams to ensure auditability and long-term scalability of knowledge

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in process design, transformation, or operational excellence within a complex enterprise.
• Experience with AOP/SOP standardization, process modelling, or knowledge management.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
• Familiarity with Knowledge Graphs, AI platforms, or automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Standardize AOP design and documentation methodologies.
• Translate AOPs into knowledge graph-ready structures for reuse.
• Lead SME workshops to capture and embed institutional expertise into AOPs.
• Define governance, versioning, and controls to ensure auditability.
• Enable scalable AI deployment by reusing AOP knowledge across programs.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to drive adoption.
