Job summary

Ando is seeking a seasoned leader to envision and drive AI/ML strategy across the company. You will direct the applied ML and data platform, owning an AI-native product architecture and guiding the engineering organization to scale.

You will partner with the CEO to shape platform bets, ensure reliability, security, and privacy at enterprise scale, and recruit top talent to build a world-class tech stack.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology and engineering leadership.
• Proven expertise in AI/ML and data systems.
• Strong technical vision and execution capabilities.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
• Experience scaling engineering organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Ando’s AI/ML visionary and lead end-to-end applied ML & data platform.
• Own and design an AI-native product architecture as the CEO’s technical partner.
• Oversee all engineering and product‑engineering functions and set the technical roadmap.
• Build an engineering operating system that scales with enterprise needs.
• Raise the bar on reliability, security, and privacy for enterprise scale.
• Recruit, develop and lead a high‑performing org across engineering disciplines.
