Responsibilities

• Lead AI Enterprise Process and Innovation Centre (EPIC) strategic program across enabling units, UX, and learning.
• Drive AI automation and process redesign initiatives in a large, matrixed organisation.
• Partner with IT, business functions and HR to deliver scalable enterprise AI programs.
• Establish analytics to measure value, adoption, and outcomes across the enterprise.
