Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years in wealth management with accountability for advisor experience, practice management, or field leadership on a large platform.
• Experience delivering measurable same-store growth and asset retention across a broad, geographically distributed advisor base.
• Fluency in platform economics — advisory conversion, fee-based revenue, product shelf strategy, and technology adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own same-store growth, retention, and ROA end to end.
• Lead the pod-based advisor success model and the solutions bench; set pod coverage and advisor-to-leader ratios.
• Operate the retention system with risk scoring and intervention plays across every book.
• Own the advisor experience standard from transition handoff through steady state with reporting and analytics.
• Partner with Growth, investment, and product leadership on shelf strategy and advisor input loops.
